When booking an appointment, be sure to choose the best time for you.

Once your appointment is booked, you are asked to pay a deposit of 1/3 of your service fee. (non-refundable)

On the day of your appointment, you will be given a 5 minute grace period.

After 5 minutes, you will be assessed a $15 late fee, which must be collected before the service begins.

After 30 minutes, if you have not arrived, your appointment will be canceled.

A deposit can be transferred to a different appointment only if the appointment was canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
